At Luxorai, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Processing time for refunds is 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different color or product, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
