Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days within the UAE.
Please note: delays may occur during holidays, sales periods, or due to courier issues.

Shipping Fees

We sometimes run special offers that include Free Delivery. Otherwise, standard delivery fees may apply depending on the product or promotion. The exact delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message.
You may also receive updates from our delivery partner via SMS or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.
Please ensure correct address and phone number are provided to avoid failed deliveries.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luxorai.net with photos of the package.
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and either resend or refund your order.
